We hire people who show up on time, work carefully, and take pride in a finished roof. Prior roofing experience helps, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter just as much for entry-level positions on our residential and commercial roofing crews. Whether the job is a storm-damaged roof near the Bootheel farmland or a multi-family complex in Cape Girardeau, we need people who take that responsibility seriously.
We're generally looking for candidates who can handle physical outdoor work, follow safety procedures on ladders and rooftops, and communicate clearly with crew leads and customers. Experience with asphalt shingle repair, gutter installation, metal roof coatings, or general construction is a plus but not required for every role. We also value candidates interested in specialty work like copper roof installation, chimney flashing repair, or skylight repair, since those skills take time to build and we're glad to teach them on the job.
